CANCEL ORDER

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange, you must email us at kurtivale1@gmail.com within 24 hours of product delivery and provide details of the issue along with photos or proof.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. Please securely repack the product in its original packaging and send it to the following address:
